I advise individuals and families on wills, succession planning and the administration of estates involving assets in Cyprus. These matters require both technical care and sensitivity to family circumstances, particularly where property, beneficiaries or existing arrangements are located in more than one jurisdiction.

When preparing a will, I consider the client’s wishes alongside the relevant family relationships, assets, existing testamentary documents and applicable succession rules. The work includes advising on the appointment of executors, the intended distribution of the estate and the formalities required for a properly executed document.

Following a death, I assist executors, administrators and beneficiaries with probate and estate administration, including the relevant court applications, the identification of assets and liabilities, and the steps preceding distribution. My approach is to explain the responsibilities involved and guide the administration with care, clarity and respect for those affected.
