I advise purchasers, sellers, property owners and investors on immovable property transactions and related disputes in Cyprus. From initial due diligence to completion, I assess the legal position of the property and the contractual arrangements needed to protect the client’s interests.

My services include reviewing title and encumbrances, investigating the available planning and building documentation, and preparing and negotiating reservation, sale and assignment agreements. I also assist with Land Registry procedures, contractual safeguards for payment and delivery, and the steps required for the transfer of ownership. Where a transaction involves financing or a property under construction, I give particular attention to the coordination of the parties’ obligations and the route to completion.

I also advise on residential and commercial leases, co-ownership, property management arrangements and disputes concerning land or contractual rights. The advice is directed towards identifying material risks early and establishing a clear, workable basis for the transaction or resolution of the dispute.
