I advise individuals, families and businesses on immigration, residence, employment and citizenship matters in Cyprus. The appropriate course depends on the applicant’s nationality, circumstances, intended activities and eligibility under the relevant category.

My work includes temporary and permanent residence applications, employment-related permits, family reunification, business relocation and citizenship applications under the applicable routes. I assess the proposed application, identify the supporting evidence required and assist with the preparation, submission and subsequent correspondence with the competent authorities.

Particular attention is given to the consistency of the supporting documents, renewal requirements and the position of accompanying family members. Where employment or business relocation is involved, I consider how the immigration arrangements relate to the proposed activity. Advice is tailored to the relevant category and current requirements; the determination of an application remains with the competent authority.
