I advise employers and employees on the creation, management and termination of employment relationships in Cyprus. My approach is to place the contractual position in its proper legal and factual context, with practical advice on responsibilities, risks and available options.

Services include drafting and reviewing employment contracts and workplace policies, advising on remuneration and contractual changes, and addressing workplace concerns and disputes. For employers, this includes considering the documentation and procedure appropriate to a proposed decision. For employees, it includes assessing contractual and statutory rights and the evidence relevant to a potential claim.

I also advise on redundancy, dismissal, resignation and settlement negotiations. Before recommending a course of action, I consider the reason for the proposed step, the relevant records and the obligations that may arise. Where a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, I advise on the available proceedings and the appropriate next steps.
